Pre-Blend Aromatherapy

About this course

***During this distance learning course you will gain the knowledge that you require in using pre-blended essential oils within your body massage treatments. Consisting of four lessons, with questions at the end of each, you will be able to build up your knowledge in this interesting subject. Detailed feedback will allow you to gauge your success, with a final question paper to test your understanding at the end of the course.

Students obtaining 75% on this paper and those who have attended the two-hour practical session will receive the Wiltshire School of Beauty and Holistic Therapy “Diploma in Pre-Blend Aromatherapy”.

This course is aimed at those who already hold a qualification in the body or sports massage who wish to practise Pre-Blend aromatherapy.

Student Progression

Once you have completed this course, you may wish to train in a variety of other therapies such as reflexology, Indian head massage, and thermal auricular therapy.

You will learn how to:

  • Lesson 1: History of aromatherapy and its uses
  • Lesson 2: Essential oils part 1 – 22 mandatory
  • Lesson 3: Essential Oils part 2 – 10 supplementary and 9 carrier
  • Lesson 4 : Contra – Indications and Contra – Actions to pre-blended aromatherapy
  • 2 Hour practical training session

***Please note you will be required to attend The School for a practical assessment

Qualification

Once you have successfully completed the course, you will receive the Wiltshire School of Beauty and Holistic Therapy’s Diploma in Pre-Blend Aromatherapy.
