Stress Management Workshop
During this 4 hour workshop, you will develop techniques to use in your everyday life, to help you deal with the effects of stress, and ways in which you can reduce the factors which you feel cause you stress in your life.
Duration: 4 hours
Pre-requisites: None apart from the desire to share your experiences with others
Student progression: Once you have completed this workshop, you may wish to cover the content in more detail by studying the distance learning “Certificate in Stress Awareness”. You may also wish to train in a variety of therapies and be able to use your knowledge of the effects of stress within your work as a therapist.
