Hello, my name is Tia and I am the founder and principal of The Wiltshire School of Beauty and Holistic Therapy. I have been a qualified beauty therapist for 16 years and a lecturer in an FE college for 14 years.
Ever since I qualified as a beauty therapist, I opened and ran my own business, which I thoroughly enjoyed and still do. I loved it so much I wanted to pass my skills on to others so I looked in to teaching.
I was employed by an FE college and felt so passionate about passing on the knowledge and skills I had acquired, I thought “what if I opened my own private training school!”.After extensive research of the industry, I believe I have created a unique learning experience, so here it is –
The Wiltshire School of Beauty and Holistic Therapy
Every student that walks through the schools door receives the very best training, it is intensive but we concentrate on exactly what needs to be learnt!
On one to one or in small groups the teaching and learning is fun and relaxed yet professional.
I am devoted to providing a school of excellence where it is my Philosophy that every student receives dedicated attention and extensive experience whilst training here at The Wiltshire School of Beauty and Holistic Therapy.

My name is Chrissy Farrar and I have been in the Beauty Industry from 1992, Lecturing from 1997.
I started running my own business quickly progressing into holistic treatments at the Health Hydro in Swindon and various other venues.
My recent experience working for The Retreat Spa as manager and senior therapist included: back to back treatments, management of the environment and staff control. Further qualifications in Stone Therapy, Phytomer, Ionothermie, Thai massage and wraps, were gained here.
Currently I run my own business and have advanced techniques in massage, Aromatherapy, Indian Head with Chakra Balancing, Reflexology and Reiki Healing. I also support my future husband in his butchery business as his Financial Accounts Secretary.
As a lecturer in a FE College working in the Beauty and Holistic department, I found a desire to pass my knowledge on to students to help them be the best they can be.
I now look forward to joining The Wiltshire School of Beauty & Holistic Therapy and I especially look forward to training you!

I have a real belief and passion for how we are able to take some control over our own health and recognise how it affects our everyday lives.
The use of holistic therapies, either as an alternative or to complement conventional medicine can allow many people to improve their quality of life. Through my teaching, I am lucky enough to be able to encourage and motivate others to also see the benefits.
